Monolithic space object
Photoshop
March 2007

A illustration depicting a large 10 km long space object, appearing to be remnants of a previous civilization rotating in space

As a new take on painting space related art, i ventured into illustrating in an impressionistic method and thus took the liberty of using hues of red and green to illustrate a distant nebulae field, whilst using a dense field of space dust to provide for atmospheric perspective
